Responsibilities:

2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent. Implement robust performance management and succession planning initiatives.
3. Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to management and employees. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
5. Organizational Development and Change Management: Drive initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusivity. Lead organizational change efforts and develop leadership capabilities across the organization.
6. HR Operations and Technology: Streamline HR processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
