Role Overview:
Developing and executing marketing strategies to understand the ongoing market scenario and consumer trends. Assist all customers in formulating all policies, planning all managerial activities for services and ensuring smooth functioning of all organization. Assist in preparing all strategies for sales and marketing clients and forecasting all budget requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end responsibility for category/product development and new category/product launches
2. Categories would include mix of new brand work, new category work, and existing brand extensions or expansions.
3. Responsibilities would include category mapping, concept work, and working in & leading CFTs for new product development
4. New product work would include RTM planning, working with sales and trade marketing to develop RTM, managing overall launches in market, including communication development, and marketing initiatives for developing new products
5. Responsibilities would also include assisting in driving strategy, planning, top line, budget management & bottom line for above
6. Executing Strategies on ground and one-to-one interaction with different internal and external stake holders to ensure proper execution of derived strategy
7. Assist in market research, consumer insights and business analytics
8. Assist team on enhancing consumer insights process
9. Assist and aid team on improving business & brand analytics
10. Responsible for Assisting in Brand Management, P&L, A&P budget, category development, pricing strategies, brand management & trade marketing.
