Role Overview:
One of our leading FMCG clients is currently seeking a qualified individual to join their team as an O9 Software User. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for effectively utilizing the O9 software platform to support their supply chain
operations and business processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize the O9 software platform to perform various supply chain planning and execution tasks.
2. Collaborate with team members to input and manage data within the O9 system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Generate reports and analyze data within the O9 platform to support decision-making processes.
4. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or errors encountered while using the O9 software.
5. Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in utilizing the O9 platform and its functionalities.
6. Stay updated on new features and updates released for the O9 software and implement them effectively.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the O9 software user interface and functionality based on user experience.
8. Experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
9. Should handle day-to-day O9 activities like forecast tweaking, history cleaning, SKU profiling, DRP, reports, dash boards/report generation, scenario building, etc.
