Role Overview:

One of the largest FMCG company actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager in Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG, food, or related sectors, with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in plant and unit maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of plant and unit maintenance operations to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal performance.
2. Lead a team of maintenance professionals to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities efficiently.
3. Manage and prioritize maintenance tasks, including but not limited to packaging machines, plant machinery, and utilities such as air             conditioning, boilers, HVAC, and electrical systems.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
6. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
